Tahun ini, StudentsxCEOs 11th Grand Summit Business Case Competition berkolaborasi dengan Paragon Technology and Innovation sebagai case contributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tantangan pada kompetisi ini menitik beratkan pada kemampuan analisa tim dalam memecahkan kasus bisnis di lingkungan PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation sebagai Case Contributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehingga tim harus mengembangkan solusi berbasis strategi. Solusi tersebut dituangkan dalam ringkasan eksekutif, presentasi poster virtual, hingga presentasi online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategi yang direkomendasikan oleh Fourple Team pada kompetisi ini adalah Paradigm and Paraverse: The Key Drivers to Navigate through the Era of Uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua tim Irene Devina mengatakan, strategi yang ia dan timnya tawarkan itu terbagi menjadi dua garis besar, yang pertama yaitu (Paragon Digital Marketing). &nbsp;Paragon Digital Marketing memiliki kemungkinan untuk mengubah paradigma masyarakat terhadap Paragon\u2019s beauty brand product dengan menekankan sustainability dan nilai self love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yang kedua yaitu Paraverse (Paragon-World Metaverse) yakni strategi untuk menarik minat Gen-Z hingga melakukan ekspansi produk Paragon dengan memasuki era baru pasar potensial yaitu Metaverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGagasan tersebut didasarkan pada berbagai pertimbangan berdasarkan hasil&nbsp;<em>research&nbsp;<\/em>kami terhadap isu-isu yang sedang banyak dihadapi oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, khususnya industri kosmetik,\u201d ujar Irene kepada tim Humas FMIPA UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun saat ini status metaverse masih dalam tahapan pengembangan, Irene menilai fenomena metaverse telah menjadi satu tren marketing yang populer dan tidak boleh dilewatkan oleh pelaku bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKedepannya Metaverse bisa bernilai lebih besar karena aktivitas masyarakat secara virtual semakin berkembang,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait metode, salah satu anggota tim, Sandy Nathanael menjelaskan bahwa tim melakukan wawancara kepada para pengguna dan menyebarkan survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui survey tersebut, tim menggali data primer melalui pertanyaan kepada responden. Beberapa pertanyaan diantaranya pengetahuan responden tentang keberlanjutan produk kecantikan PT Paragon, pengetahuan responden tentang mencintai diri sendiri melalui make up dan kaitannya dengan produk kecantikan, hingga wawasan responden tentang dunia metaverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari data-data survey inilah tim menyimpulkan beberapa hal, yaikni masih banyak responden belum menyadari bahwa brand produk kecantikan Paragon telah mengatasi isu Sustainable Development Goals yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia, Pesan \u201cmencintai diri sendiri\u201d dalam produk kecantikan Paragon tidak ditekankan dengan jelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, populasi Gen Z saat ini telah mendominasi dunia sehingga menyebabkan perubahan dalam strategi produk menembus pasar. Produk belum mencapai pasar potensial baru, yaitu metaverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSolusi yang kami bawa merupakan sebuah solusi yang disruptif, bahkan bagi sebagian orang mungkin terlihat&nbsp;<em>absurd<\/em>. Rekomendasi ini juga telah kami dasarkan pada riset dan pencarian data yang kami lakukan dalam waktu yang cukup lama, karena terbatasnya sumber referensi dan literatur. Tapi, kami tidak melihat hal tersebut sebagai masalah melainkan kesempatan untuk menawarkan strategi.\u201d ungkap Sandy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The StudentsxCEOs Grand Summit merupakan acara besar yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun oleh StudentsxCEOs Chapter Bandung, kegiatan ini terbuka bagi mahasiswa sarjana dari seluruh Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenda ini sekaligus menjadi forum bagi mahasiswa terpilih dari seluruh Indonesia untuk beradu solusi dalam menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi dunia industri terkait isu Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG\u2019s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam kompetisi kali ini, pihak penyelenggara memberikan dukungan mentoring kepada tim yang lolos ke tahap final dengan menghadirkan Fedora Hutomo, Strategic Innovation Executive PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation sebagai mentor. &nbsp;Dalam hal ini, mentor memberikan masukan terhadap proposal dan materi presentasi peserta untuk ditampilkan di babak final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rangkaian acara terdiri dari Pre Event, The Summit, National Conference, dan Business Case Competition. Secara umum, skema yang dilalui para peserta meliputi tiga tahapan, yaitu babak penyisihan, semifinal, dan final.
