Handari, Ph.D. sedang melakukan riset terkait model matematika yang sedang dikembangkan untuk memahami efek dari&nbsp;<em>Early Detection&nbsp;<\/em>and&nbsp;<em>Physichal Distancing&nbsp;<\/em>dalam penyebaran Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mereka berkolaborasi dengan dosen dan peneliti bidang matemtika dari berbagai universitas lain yang ada di seluruh dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh Dr. Dipo dalam acara MIPATalk Series 9 yang diselenggarakan secara daring oleh FMIPA UI pada Kamis, 13 Agustus 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada acara tersebut, Dr. Dipo membawakan materi bertajuk&nbsp;<strong><em>Predicting the Effectiveness of Early Detection and Physichal Distancing on the Covid-19 Eradication Program: A Case Study in Jakarta<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui pemaparannya, Dr. Dipo mengungkap bahwa sebenarnya model matematika sudah ada sejak lama dan kerap digunakan sebagai pendekatan terhadap suatu fenomena, termasuk fenomena penyebaran berbagai penyakit, jauh sebelum pandemi Covid-19 merebak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tahun 1927 model matematika dikenal dengan nama SIR Model yang dikemukakan oleh Kermack-Mc. Kendrick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ide dari pemodelan ini sangat sederhana, yaitu membagi populasi manusia berdasarkan status kesehatannya, yaitu populasi orang sehat (<em>susceptible&nbsp;<\/em>(<em>S<\/em>(<em>t<\/em>)), orang yang terinfeksi (<em>infected&nbsp;<\/em>(<em>I<\/em>(<em>t<\/em>)), dan orang yang sembuh kembali (<em>recovered&nbsp;<\/em>(<em>R<\/em>(<em>t<\/em>)), yang selanjutnya digunakan sistem persamaan diferensial untuk memprediksi berapa orang yang akan terinfeksi maupun yang akan sembuh di masa yang akan datang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, penelitian yang kini sedang dikembangkan oleh Dr. Dipo dengan tim adalah model SEA<sub>d<\/sub>A<sub>u<\/sub>IR. Model SEA<sub>d<\/sub>A<sub>u<\/sub>IR mampu menangkap berbagai fenomena yang sedang terjadi di masyarakat, diantaranya&nbsp;<em>asymptomatic\/symptomatic cases<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>detected\/undected cases<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>latency period<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>limitation of hospital capacity<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>rapid testing<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>self-isolation<\/em>, And&nbsp;<em>physical distancing<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semua fenomena ini kemudian dikonstruksi modelnya, dan diperoleh pemodelan berdimensi 6 dengan sistem non-linear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"209\" src=\"https:\/\/sci-ui.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/6-Dimensi-yang-terbentuk-pada-Model-300x209-2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sci-ui.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/6-Dimensi-yang-terbentuk-pada-Model-300x209-2-1.png 300w, https:\/\/sci-ui.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/6-Dimensi-yang-terbentuk-pada-Model-300x209-2-1-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><em><strong>Dimensi model SEA<sub>d<\/sub>A<sub>u<\/sub>IR yang sedang dikembangkan tim dosen Departemen Matematika FMIPA UI<\/strong><\/em>\n\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari keenam dimensi tersebut, Dr. Dipo dan tim melakukan analisis terkait 6 faktor, yaitu basic reproduction number (R<sub>0<\/sub>), parameter estimation, sensitivity analysis, final state of population, bifurcation analysis, dan numerical experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di akhir pemaparan, Dr. Dipo menyimpulkan bahwa model matematika tidak boleh terlalu dijadikan pedoman dalam memperediksi keadaan untuk jangka panjang, karena dalam pemodelan banyak asumsi yang dibuat untuk menyederhanakan model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerlu dicatat bahwa model matematik itu jangan membuat kita untuk&nbsp;<em>overconfidence<\/em>&nbsp;dalam prediksi jangka panjang,\u201d ujar Dr. Dipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut lagi, Ia mengatakan bahwa model matematika perlu terus dilakukan evaluasi dan dikembangkan oleh para matematikawan sesuai perkembangan yang ada di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cModel yang dibentuk oleh matematikawan juga harus terus dievaluasi,\u201d kata Dr. Dipo menambahkan.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tim peneliti Departemen Matematika FMIPA UI yang tergabung dalam&nbsp;Mathematical Epidemiology Research Group, yaitu Dr. Dipo Aldila, Dr. Hengki Tasman, dan Bevina D.
