To enhance scientific insights and the quality of communication among the academic community of FMIPA UI, as well as with academics outside UI and abroad, FMIPA also organizes an International Symposium, which is held annually on a regular basis.
Mini Symposium on Integrated Natural and Applied Sciences (MINDS)
MINDS 2026 is an academic forum organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI). In 2026, MINDS is held in collaboration with Guangxi University and City University of Hong Kong. Hosted at the FMIPA UI Campus in Depok, the event brings together researchers, academics, and students to share and discuss the latest developments in integrated natural and applied sciences. MINDS 2026 promotes interdisciplinary dialogue between fundamental research and its practical applications in addressing real-world challenges, while also strengthening international academic networks and collaborations.

ISCPMS is an academic forum that can be a means for undergraduate and postgraduate students, lecturers and researchers in the fields of mathematics and science to present their research results, share experiences and tips in conducting research and follow the latest research developments in this field.

Webinar Series
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FMIPA UI's workshops and coaching clinics have been conducted virtually, commonly referred to as webinars. The webinar series at FMIPA UI is called MIPATalk Series, which has been running since 2020 until now. These sessions are conducted LIVE via ZOOM and can be rewatched on the FMIPA UI Official YouTube channel.
